The story of a photographer

My life as a photographer began many decades ago. However, my passion for photography began to resurface in 20`12 when my wife purchased me a new camera for my birthday. Since this time, my life has changed a little and I have grown to have a deep love for everything photography.

My concurrent career is that of a Registered Nurse. Having worked in nursing for several years, I found that I needed a release from all the atrocities I have witnessed while working in several Trauma Centers. Photography was my release. It allowed me the opportunity to be of service to another population of clients by bringing joy into their life.

Why Boudoir you may ask. Boudoir is an art in itself. Not only does it reveal the beauty of the female form, it exemplifies the power that a woman can create with just a look. I view it as an empowerment of the female. Not only am I surrounded by women in the nursing field, my home is equally the same. This includes my wife, three daughters, and an extremely beautiful granddaughter. I preach empowerment to these ladies and want them to be reminded that they are the power and will never let anyone control their actions.

I visualize boudoir photography as an avenue to inspire self-love while empowering and increasing self confidence in women through boudoir photography. In my sessions I want to reveal a woman's vulnerability and her power at the same time.
